Warranty

We provide three year warranty against manufacturing defect for original purchaser. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no cost under our warranty policy. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper handling, accidents, or the natural aging of fabrics and adhesive strips.

Note: After the tent is used, it should be dried thoroughly before storage to avoid mildew. PU coated fabric and the seam tape products should avoid storage in high temperature and high humidity environment, and should be properly ventilated to ensure the service life. Coated fabrics should avoid long-term folding and storage to avoid irreversible creases.

Repair

We had our own factory, damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for shipping. For the damage caused by improper use, our company undertakes the maintenance service, but the customer needs to pay the maintenance cost.

The breakage phenomenon of the end of the tent pole, mostly caused by not completely dredging the tent pole and connecting it tightly; the damage of the fabric, mostly due to accidental burning and scratching of equipment and objects; the bending phenomenon of the tent pole and the middle bending, mostly occur Due to strong wind and momentary force.

Tent Pole Repair:
① Black label series products: tent pole 50 yuan/single section; other standard series products: tent pole 100 yuan/single section.

② Replacing the tent pole elastic: free maintenance within three years from the date of purchase; please contact customer service for repairs over three years from the date of purchase.

Fabric Damage Repair:
① Repair damage below 5cm: free for one piece, and a cost of two or more pieces will be charged depending on the damage, starting at 50 yuan;

② Replace the entire piece of fabric in a certain part: black label series products 100-200 yuan / piece, other standard series products 150-300 yuan/piece; white label series products 200-400 yuan/piece;

③ Tape peeling off: free maintenance within one year from the date of purchase, please contact us for repairs over one year from the date of purchase.

Return Policy

Goods must be returned in brand new, unopened, unused condition within 10 days of delivery of the goods.
